Bulk REO is available now! If you have five or more properties to sell, or you are looking to purchase five or more properties in a single transaction, we can assist you. Our investors look for different types of assets at different times. At present, we are looking for the following assets to purchase:
- Single Family REO located in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT, and TX
- Single Family Non-Performing Loans in TX, OK, LA, and AR
- Single Family Performing Loans nationwide (except CA, AZ, FL, GA, ME, MD, MI, NV, NY, and Ohio). The minimum current fico score must be 660.
Our criteria changes, so please check back periodically for updates. If you
have other assets you would like for us to consider, let us know.
For Bulk REO, our investors work directly with the sellers!
In order to analyze any deal, we need to have a tape complete with all the relevant information listed below:
- Full property address
- Complete property information: # of beds, # of baths, sq ft, tax and insurance (if available)
- BPO value (if no BPO, how did the seller come up with the value)
- BPO date
- Yes or No if pictures are available
- Property condition: vacant, occupied/rented (how much), needs work (what and how much)
- Days delinquent (if not REO)
- Payment history (if not REO)
Please note. All tapes must be sent in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. PDFs,
Faxes, or otherwise will not be accepted.
