Comprehensive financial education and training should start early in a person’s life.  Parkwood Capital provides this training through workshops, webinars, one on one counseling, and community events.  A few of the education and training offerings we have are:

• After The First – This program is primarily for potential and new homeowners.  This is the information that is needed AFTER you have attended a First Time Homebuyer’s Program.  More information is given to help you keep and enjoy your new home.
• Get Mortgage Ready – How are you going to buy a house with bad credit and no money?  This program teaches you how to improve and maintain your credit rating.  Good credit and little money?  No problem.  We cover that too.  There are numerous homebuyer programs available that can help with down payment and closing costs.
• Perfectly Legal – In this workshop, you will learn how to invest your money to be tax advantaged, tax deferred, or tax free.  You will learn strategies to “Protect What’s Yours”.  You will learn about Wills and Living Trusts in this seminar.
• Women’s Opportunities for Wealth – This workshop is for women only.  You will learn strategies to grow and help protect your wealth to achieve financial independence.
